The entry of Mr. Naval Kishore Kathuria in 1991 and Mr. Yateendra Kumar Kathuria in 1994 brought a fresh perspective, combining modern presentation with heartfelt recipes and a unique style of service. Over the years, Milan has had the honour of serving at high-profile events, including visits by dignitaries such as President A.P.J.
